Daily exercise program in the morning with valuable impulses for the day

6 Health training and 3 lectures in the late afternoon about healthy nutrition, optimal nutrient supply, intestinal health, stress balance, relaxation and strengthening resilience. 

The Health training is certified by Berufsverband der Präventologen e.V and received the "Wellness Innovation Award" from Deutscher Wellness Verband in 2012.
