- What are the breakfast hours?

From 07:30 to 10:30.

-What credit cards does the hotel accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro card, American Express, Diners Club.

-Are taxes included in the room price?

Yes, except for the municipal tax, which is paid directly by the customer at reception.

-What is the check-in time? What is the check-out time?

Check-in time: from 2 pm / Check-out until 12 pm.

-Is it possible to do early check-in or late check-out?

Yes, according to hotel availability and upon payment of a “fee”.

-Do you have an area to store guests' luggage?

Next to reception, there is a luggage room where you can store your luggage whenever necessary.

-How many rooms do you have for people with reduced mobility?

We have 1 room available for reduced mobility.

-Can I have an extra bed in my room?

Yes, if you book the Apartment Room category.

-Does the hotel have cribs available?

Yes, we have upon request and availability.

-Does the hotel have a wake-up service?

Yes. Whenever requested.

-Is it possible to send a package to the hotel?

Yes, by requesting it at reception.

-How do I get to the hotel? Is there transport?

Yes, by taxi or bus or own car.

-How do I get to the hotel if I take the aerobus?

The Aerobus does not stop in the Caniço area, unfortunately, it travels directly from the Airport to Funchal.

-Where can I park my car?

At the Hotel upon payment of a daily fee, which is subject to change.

-Do you have a meeting room or a space to work?

Yes. We have upon request for availability and in agreement.

-Does the hotel have a gym?

We have a gym in our Spa, which is included in the spa facilities upon payment of a daily fee.

-Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed.

-Is it possible to request an iron or pool towels?

Pool towels are free. Ironing is not permitted in the rooms as we have a laundry service.

-Are there bathrobes in the rooms?

Only when booked in the Spa suites category

-Does the hotel have a laundry service?

Yes.

-Does the hotel provide free Wi-Fi?

Yes. In rooms and public areas.

-Is the pool water heated? What is the temperature of the water? What are the opening hours?

We have 2 swimming pools - 1 unheated outdoor pool (room temperature) and an indoor pool that is heated.

-What are the SPA opening hours?

From 10:00 to 19:00 (subject to change).

-How can I book a massage?

Directly at the SPA reception, requested by email or via the Website.

-Does the hotel provide babysitting services?

Yes, when requested by the guest.

-Is smoking allowed in the hotel? What is the policy regarding electronic cigarettes?

Smoking is allowed in the hotel and we have no restrictions on electronic cigarettes.

-Does the hotel organize transfer services?

Yes. We organize it upon guest request.

-Which room types have a balcony?

All types have a terrace or balcony. The rooms with a balcony are located on the 1st floor and the rooms with a terrace are on the ground floor.

-What should I do if I forget something in the room or hotel?

-What type of cultural activities does the Hotel have?

Visits to our Botanical garden are organized once a week, by a guide specialized in botany and must be booked at reception by guests. We also hold a wine tasting once a week with direct booking at reception. These services are reserved for a fee per person to be paid at reception (at the moment we have a tour of the garden priced at €5.00 per pax and the wine tasting at 5.50 per pax, these values are subject to change)

-What are the restaurant's opening hours?

Galeria Restaurant: Breakfast: from 07:30 to 10:30 and dinner service from 18:30 to 22:00.

-Is breakfast a buffet?

Yes.

-Does the hotel help with booking tours, restaurants, transport, etc?

Yes.

-Does the hotel have a business center for guest use?

No.

-Does the hotel have room service?

We do not have this service available.
